Elixir of Longevity That You Can Make at Your Home

This relatively simple recipe is called elixir of longevity. It will not cost you a lot of money and you can do it yourself at home.

Here’s what you need:

2cm root ginger
4 carrots
3 apples
Juice of half a lemon

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a blender, and it is recommended to drink in the morning and immediately after you it’s made.

Why is it so good?

Ginger reduces cholesterol and carrots is good for your heart, teeth and eyes and reduces the risk of heart attack. Apples improve immunity and are excellent for weight loss and stimulate the kidneys, liver and gall bladder, while lemon lowers blood pressure, purifies the toxins and also reduces the pain of arthritis and positively effects in fighting infections of the oral cavity and tongue.
