Preparing For Summer: Brazilian Diet That Lasts For 1 Month And Weakens 10 kg.

This Brazilian Diet is one of the most popular fast Diet and enables you for a month to lose full 10 kilos.

If you stick to the rules and daily menu, to early summer you will be in top shape and ready for the beach.

The daily menu looks like this:

Monday

Breakfast: 1 orange, 1 banana and 1 cup orange juice

Snack: 1 cup orange juice and 1 slice of toast-bread

Lunch: 100g boiled fish, 100g salad from fresh vegetables

Dinner: Same as lunch

Before retiring to bed: 1 cup orange juice and a small piece of bread-toast

Breakfast: 1 soft-boiled egg, 1 cup apple juice

Snack: 1 small piece of bread-toast and 1 cup apple juice

Lunch: 100g cooked meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 4 lettuce leaves

Dinner: 200g boiled fish, 1 hard boiled egg, lettuce, green peas

Before retiring to bed: 1 cup apple juice and 1 slice of toast-bread

Wednesday

Breakfast: 1 cup of low fat milk and 1 slice of toast-bread

Snack: 100g low fat cheese

Lunch: 100g rice, 150g fresh cabbage salad topped with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and finely chopped parsley

Dinner: 100g boiled meat, 1 apple, 4 lettuce leaves

Before retiring to bed: 1 cup apple juice and 1 small piece of toast-bread

Thursday

Breakfast: 1 cup pineapple juice, 60g fresh pineapple

Snack: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 slice of toast-bread

Lunch: 100g cooked meat, a small piece of cheese and 1 orange

Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 150g grated carrot salad with oil

Before retiring to bed: 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 slice of toast-bread

Friday

Breakfast: 1 cup apple juice and a small piece of toast-bread

Snack: 1 apple, 1 orange

Lunch: 150g boiled fish, 2 small boiled carrots

Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup with a small piece of bread

Before retiring to bed: 1 cup orange juice, 1 small piece of bread-toast

Saturday

Breakfast: 1 cup apple juice, 1 slice of toast-bread

Snack: 150g of boiled beet salad with little vegetable oil

Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable soup, mushroom or fish stew with 1 small piece of bread

Dinner: 100g fried mushrooms, 100g salad from fresh vegetables to your taste

Before retiring to bed: 1 cup apple juice, 2 pieces of biscuit

Sunday

Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 hand grape

Snack: 1 cup of carrot juice, 1 slice of toast-bread

Lunch: 100g cooked meat, 100g salad of fresh cabbage, onions and juice of 1 lemon

Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup or mushroom, 100g fruit, 4 lettuce leaves.

Before retiring to bed: 1 cup apple juice, 2 dried figs

The weekly menu is repeated from 2 to 4 weeks and no more than that.

The return of the “normal” diet should be based primarily on fruits and vegetables and a little proteins.

Also, the distribution of meals in this diet is made to not have time to feel hungry or have a drop in blood sugar.

Additionally, it is recommended physical activity several times a week to get the most out of your diet.
